HIGH PROTEIN MANGO LASSI

INGREDIENTS
  • 3-4 fresh mangoes to make ½ cup mango juice
  • 1/2 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 small handful of ice
  • 50g (5 heaped tablespoons) of Original flavour FUTURELIFE®HIGH PROTEIN Smart food™
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom powder OR ½ tablespoon rose water OR a pinch of saffron strands
  • Mint leaves for garnish
METHOD
  1. Add all the ingredients to your blender
  2. Blend together on full power until smooth
  3. Serve and enjoy garnished with mint
